Do you accept my insurance?
We’re in-network with major PPO and many HMO plans. Our insurance concierge verifies benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises.
Can I do a telehealth visit first?
Yes, many concerns start with a telehealth consult. If we recommend in-person follow-up, we’ll coordinate labs or imaging in advance.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, insurance card, medication list, and recent lab results if available. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.
